A blogger and a Social Activist, he is the Steering committee Member of the Dynamic Coalition of the Internet Rights and Principle Coalition. Professionally working as a consultant for ICT for Development he work with various private and government organization in Nepal. Founding member of the Internet Society Nepal Chapter, he is the member of the Research Committee of the Federation of Computer Association of Nepal.

He was the member of the Stakeholder Selection Committee for the United Nations President of the General Assembly’s informal interactive consultations on WSIS+10
